In 1993, we made the step into manufacturing in order to gain further control on product cost, quality and supply. Universal electronics& communications ltd.(india), our manufacturing subsidiary, is an ISO 9002 approved company, producing safety-critical electrical accessories solely for the uk market.In 1998, we took on the uk distributorship for an exclusive, high quality range of mitsubishi-branded products, including batteries, audio/video cassettes, cd-rs, bulbs and torches. The successful sale of these goods in the market has helped to double eurosonics turnover in just over three years, and we have plans to work closely with mitsubishi electric corporation to further increase this range in the near future.Eurosonic communications has enjoyed rapid, substantial growth in recent years, moving into a new, purpose-built 30,000 sq. Ft distribution centre in 1999, and taking distribution efficiency and levels of customer service to even greater heights.
